Q. I have been interviewing for a general counsel position and just completed my fourth round. The first three sessions went great — I was impressed with everyone I met, which included a broad range of senior executives in the company. This last interview, from my perspective, did not go as well, as I simply did not like the CEO.
I am more than a bit confused as to what I should do, as this is a good company that has some highly regarded products and has been doing well, the pay is great and this clearly would be a step up for me in my career path. Any suggestions?
