Philadelphia’s large law firms continue to tread water when it comes to minority recruitment and retention, according to the Minority Law Journal‘s annual diversity scorecard.
Of the 16 local firms with large offices in Philadelphia, only two finished above the national average in terms of percentage of minority lawyers and minority partners. And eight local firms finished in the bottom quarter of the 244 firms that responded to the survey from around the country.
