A Holocaust survivor who was left sterile after being subjected to medical experiments at the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps has lost his bid to revive a lawsuit against two German companies that he claims cooperated with the Nazi regime.
In its 21-page opinion in Rozenkier v. Schering, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that such claims must be submitted to a German foundation that was established in 2000 after extensive negotiations between the German and U.S. governments.
