    Case Number: 18-1396

District court properly sentenced defendant after she pled guilty to social security fraud and harboring an illegal alien because her argument that she harbored the young man "other than for profit" failed since the language of §21.1(b)(1) was broad enough to cover her conduct and the district court did not err in crediting the young man's testimony over hers or in calculating the loss amount. Affirmed.
