    The court held that defendant, based upon the theory of unjust enrichment, should return 25% of plaintiff's payments for restoration of a vintage vehicle where the vehicle was returned to plaintiff with only 75% of the work completed. Plaintiff's claims of fraud, breach of contract and conversion and violation of the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection law were not supported by law or evidence. Trial court's decision affirmed.
