Dorsey & Whitney advises Entone on purchase of Amino for $73 million

Dorsey & Whitney represented Cupertino-based Internet video and television streaming company Entone Inc. in its purchase of Amino Technologies for $73 million. Based in Cambridge, Amino Technologies is an Internet television and multimedia distribution company.

The Dorsey & Whitney team included Palo Alto-based partners Terence Kelly, John Chase and David Murphy and associates Cara Frisbie, Nicole-Marie Giuntoli, Jamison Klang and Carol Wang. Partner Lawrence Ward, who works in Seattle and Costa Mesa, also worked on the deal, along with Costa Mesa-based associate Kyle Leingang. Minneapolis-based partners Timothy Arends, Rhona Schmidt, Jeffrey Cadwell and Melissa Krasnow provided assistance, with the help of Missoula, Mont.-based associate Kymra Archibald and New York-based of counsel Steven Fang. Dorsey & Whitney also relied on a team of lawyers based in London.
