SAN FRANCISCO — Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented Austin-based home vacation platform HomeAway Inc. in its sale to Expedia Inc. for about $3.9 billion. Bellevue, Wash.-based Expedia received legal counsel from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, with a team led by New York-based partner Andrew Nussbaum.

Austin-based partners Paul Tobias and Joseph Alcorta led the Wilson Sonsini team.
