SAN FRANCISCO — IP litigator David Wang joined Mayer Brown as a partner in Palo Alto on Tuesday. Wang is leaving Winston & Strawn, where he was a partner for two years in that firm’s Menlo Park office.

Mayer Brown’s international presence—it has offices in China, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore—attracted Wang, he said. He often represents Asian companies in the electronics, communications and semiconductor industries in U.S. patent litigation.
