Tuesday was fireworks day at the San Diego fraud trial against JAMS and retired appellate justice Sheila Sonenshine.

Plaintiff Kevin Kinsella took the stand and gave fiery, often headstrong testimony about his divorce, arbitrated by Sonenshine, and his efforts to oust Sonenshine from the proceeding.

By day's end, Kinsella's attorneys were pleading with Superior Court Judge John Meyer to exclude an email in which Kinsella outlined a state bar complaint he filed against his ex-wife's attorney. But Kinsella told defense attorney Joseph McMonigle, “The entire file is under your desk. You can introduce in into evidence and go over every single point.”
