Mlegal Consulting Inc., a legal search firm founded in San Francisco, has bolted on Innocenti Partners LLC, a solo shop created last year by former Major, Lindsey & Africa practice leader Natasha Innocenti, and picked up three more employees in the Bay Area.

Mlegal Consulting Inc., a legal search firm founded in San Francisco, is embarking on a bold expansion effort by bringing on four new employees in the Bay Area, one of whom is veteran legal recruiter Natasha Innocenti.
Innocenti, a former leader of the Northern California partner practice at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she worked in the legal recruiting giant's offices in Palo Alto and San Francisco, last year launched her own San Anselmo, California-based boutique called Innocenti Partners LLC.
She now heads to Mlegal along with new chief business officer Carter Brown, who spent 11 years as Major Lindsey's CEO, and managing director Suzanne Kane, who most recently served as a U.S. legal recruitment director at Dentons in San Francisco. Before joining Dentons in late 2012, Kane spent 16 years as an attorney recruitment manager at rival global legal giant Latham & Watkins.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
