Two months after Silicon Valley rainmaker Richard Climan and three other technology transactions partners left Weil, Gotshal & Manges for Hogan Lovells in Silicon Valley, a fifth lawyer has left the latter to re-join his former colleagues.

Christopher Moore is headed to Hogan Lovells as a corporate and M&A partner in Menlo Park, California, where he will specialize in life sciences and technology deals, and work closely with Climan's crew at Weil, where Moore was an associate.

That group, which besides Climan also includes partners John Brockland, Keith Flaum and Jane Ross, had been bound by fiduciary obligations not to talk to anyone from Weil about joining them at Hogan Lovells until a few weeks ago. Once they were able to approach Moore, the process moved quickly, he said.
