Two months after Silicon Valley rainmaker Richard Climan and three other technology transactions partners left Weil, Gotshal & Manges for Hogan Lovells in Silicon Valley, a fifth lawyer has left the latter to re-join his former colleagues.

Christopher Moore is headed to Hogan Lovells as a corporate and M&A partner in Menlo Park, California, where he will specialize in life sciences and technology deals, and work closely with Climan’s crew at Weil, where Moore was an associate.
