SAN FRANCISCO — SunTrust Inc. was hit with a Jane Doe lawsuit Tuesday claiming a San Francisco-based SunTrust banker explicitly harassed a professional acquaintance over LinkedIn. The complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court late Tuesday by lawyers at Geragos & Geragos, claims that banker Aaron Eichler harassed the plaintiff, described as a finance professional at a Fortune 500 company.

According to the complaint, Eichler and the plaintiff had met in person on only a few occasions among groups in professional settings. The complaint claims that their communication solely consisted of professional LinkedIn messages before a March 2017 exchange included an attachment. There Eichler asked that the plaintiff “play” with him and that it would remain “secret” before sending her a picture of his genitals.

Eichler didn't immediately respond to a message sent via LinkedIn. A spokeswoman for SunTrust said Wednesday that he is no longer with the company.
