SAN FRANCISCO — Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein's Elizabeth Cabraser is getting the band back together.
At least part of the band.
Nearly half of the legal team tapped last year to represent plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation targeting Volkswagen AG with claims related to its “clean diesel” emissions scandal have landed assignments in a similar case against Fiat Chrysler AV.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
