Duane Mathiowetz joined Foley & Lardner in the firm’s San Francisco office as partner in the firm’s litigation practice. Mathiowetz focuses his practice on patent counseling and licensing. He also represents clients in copyright, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition matters. Mathiowetz previously was a shareholder at LeClairRyan.
