Sidley Austin has added Jean-Claude André as a partner in its Los Angeles office. André previously was the assistant U.S. attorney and chief of the Criminal Appeals section for the Central District of California.
Barbara Jones has joined Greenberg Traurig's Los Angeles office as a shareholder. Jones previously represented life science and technology clients from the firm's Boston office, and the relocation moves her closer to her West Coast-based clients.
Toni Minick has joined Intapp's Palo Alto office as director of product management. Minick will be leading product management in the client development practice. Previously Minick was director of product management for InterAction.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
