Jackson Lewis has hired employment litigator Tracy Costantino as a partner in its Los Angeles office. She was previously a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, where she served as vice chair of her former firm's wage-and-hour class actions practice.

Constantino, who practiced at Lewis Brisbois for a decade, has wrapped up more than 45 class action suits to her clients' satisfaction, according to Jackson Lewis. Most of that work has been in California, Costantino said, adding that at her new firm she hopes to expand into multidistrict litigation.

“I think [this move] made sense just because Jackson Lewis has a bigger employment presence across the country, and the clients I was starting to develop and get had multiple locations across the nation,” Costantino said. “I felt like this firm could service my clients much better than Lewis Brisbois. And that's nothing against Lewis Brisbois—they're a great firm.”
