U.S. District Judge William Alsup, who is overseeing Waymo's autonomous car trade secrets showdown with Uber, on Wednesday unsealed a letter the U.S. attorney's office sent alerting the judge to explosive allegations a former Uber employee had passed to an in-house Uber attorney. The employee's letter is set to be unsealed Friday.
