SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers suing Tezos are seeking to freeze the blockchain startup’s assets, warning that “irreparable looting” may be imminent for investors who plowed what is now some $1 billion worth of cryptocurrency into accounts held by a Swiss foundation.
