Nixon Peabody promoted three attorneys to partner in California: Ellie Altshuler and Erik Birkeneder in Los Angeles and Alison Torbitt in San Francisco. Altshuler and Birkeneder focus on intellectual property counseling and Torbitt's practice focuses on energy and environmental issues.
