Blank Rome hired Justin Brandt as an associate in the Los Angeles office. Brandt specializes in complex commercial and corporate litigation and will be part of the corporate litigation group. Previously, he worked at Troutman Sanders.
Withers has promoted Joy Chang to partner in the San Francisco office. She is part of the private client and tax team and advises on estate and gift planning, probate and trust administration and charitable giving.
