Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae brought on environmental law attorney David Giannotti and litigator William Lalor to its practice. Giannotti represents clients regarding due diligence, compliance, remedy implementation, environmental risk assessment and environmental litigation. Lalor represents clients in issues regarding complex insurance coverage, toxic torts, mass torts, business disputes and regulated matters. Both attorneys will be based in Los Angeles.

Susan Grueneberg joined Cozen O'Connor as a partner in the Los Angeles office. Grueneberg will lead the firm's global franchise practice, as well as work as part of the intellectual property practice. Previously, she was a partner at Snell & Wilmer.

Greenberg Glusker brought on Noah Perch-Ahern as a partner in the firm's environmental practice. Perch-Ahern has experience in jury and bench trials regarding contaminated land, water resources, public utilities, compliance and regulatory counseling. He will be based in the Los Angeles office.

Thomas Waldman joined Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth as a shareholder in the corporate practice group. Waldman will be based in the firm's Santa Monica office and focus his practice on private equity transactions. Previously, Waldman was managing director at The Gores Group, as well as general counsel to the Gores Small Capitalization Partners fund.

Greenspoon Marder brought on Sander Zagzebski as partner in the corporate and business practice group. Zagzebski's clients include tech companies, investment advisers, and aerospace companies. He will be based in Los Angeles.
