Polsinelli brought on Darren Donnelly as principal in its intellectual property practice. Donnelly's practice focuses on patent and intellectual property disputes. Previously, he was at Fenwick & West. He will be based in the Silicon Valley office.
Jennifer Jeffers joins Stice & Block as counsel in the Oakland office. Jeffers represents clients in land use, permitting, zoning and regulatory matters. Previously, she was at Morrison & Foerster.
Greenberg Gross promoted Sarah Kelly-Kilgore to partner. Kelly-Kilgore's practice focuses on trial and appellate matters for companies, executives and celebrities. She joined the firm in March 2017.
Moshe Kupietzky joined Reed Smith as senior counsel in the corporate and finance practice. Previously, Kupietzky had served as head of Sidley Austin's corporate and finance practice in Los Angeles and as its office managing partner for six years. He specializes in representing clients in major multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions. Kupietzky will be based in the Century City office.
Fisher Phillips hired Aaron Langberg as an associate in its San Francisco office. Langberg's experience includes managing employment, products liability and commercial litigation in single- and multi-plaintiff suites. Previously, he worked at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker.
Littler Mendelson brought on Jaime Laurent as a shareholder in its Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on defending companies in civil litigation involving labor and employment claims. Previously, Laurent was an attorney at Marron Lawyers.
Matt Oshinsky joined Perkins Coie's emerging companies and venture capital practice as a partner. He will be based in the Palo Alto office. He specializes in counseling tech companies through various transactional matters. Previously, he was a partner at DLA Piper.
Perkins Coie brought on R. Bruce Steinert Jr. as a partner in the firm's mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice. Steinert specializes in representing private equity sponsor clients on leveraged buyout debt financing. Previously, he was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig and a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. He will be based in the San Francisco office.
Walter Wu joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in the firm's patent group. Wu's practice focuses on patent prosecution and portfolio strategy for emerging companies in the life sciences. Previously, he was a partner at Cooley. He will be based in the Palo Alto office.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
