Holland & Knight has brought on Mike Chiang as senior counsel. Chiang's experience focuses on representing clients in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, direct foreign investments, technology transfers and other transactions. Previously, he was a partner at Han Kun Law Offices. He will be based in San Francisco.
Fisher Phillips brought on Tyler Woods and Robert Wilson as a partners. The firm also hired Anthony Guzman as an associate in the San Francisco office. Woods has represented employers in litigation including dissemination, wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Previously, he was at the firm Pacific Trial Attorneys, and he will be based in the Irvine office. Wilson represents employers in state and federal courts and before California administrative law agencies. Previously, he was at the firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. He will be based in the San Diego office. Guzman's experience includes representing companies in employment litigation matters. Previously, he worked at Sutton Hague in Fresno.
Katuri Kaye, director at Trucker Huss, has relocated to the firm's Los Angeles office. Kaye focuses her practice on qualified retirement plans.
Mayer Brown brought on Melissa Richards as a partner in the financial services regulatory and enforcement practice and consumer financial services group. Previously, Richards was the chief legal and risk officer at CMG Financial. She will be based in the firm's Northern California office.
Loretta Thompson joined Greenspoon Marder as a partner in the real estate practice group. Thompson's practice focuses on both commercial and residential real estate matters. She will be based in Los Angeles.
Morrison & Foerster brought on Christine Wong as a partner in the investigation and white collar defense group. Previously, she was the vice president and head of compliance at Fujitsu. She will be based in the San Francisco office.
The American College of Trial Lawyers elected Douglas Young as its president-elect. Recently, he served as the group's treasurer. Young is a senior litigation partner at Farella Braun + Martel in San Francisco.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. Crown Castle International, a Pennsylvania company providing shared communications infrastructure, has turned to Luke D. Wolf of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani to fend off a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Susan K. Declercq, is 2:24-cv-13131, The Town Residences LLC v. T-Mobile US, Inc. et al.

Wilfred P. Coronato and Daniel M. Schwartz of McCarter & English have stepped in as defense counsel to Electrolux Home Products Inc. in a pending product liability lawsuit.
