Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton brought on Leif Cervantes de Reinstein in the entertainment and digital media practice group in Century City. Cervantes de Reinstein has experience representing studios, exhibitors and financiers in regards to television and streamed programming. Previously, he was a partner at Reed Smith.

DLA Piper has brought on Tom Ara and Robert Sherman as partners in its Century City office. Both attorneys will join the entertainment finance practice as co-chairmen. Ara will also chair the entertainment transactions practice. Ara and Sherman previously were partners at Greenberg Traurig.

William Mosher joined labor and employment firm Fisher & Phillips as of counsel. Mosher's experience ranges from defending companies in single-plaintiff cases to class action lawsuits. His experience focuses on employment-related municipal, state and federal regulations. Mosher previously was senior counsel at Novian & Novian. He will be based in the Sacramento office.

Kabateck Brown Kellner has changed its name and location. Now known as Kabateck, the plaintiffs firm is relocating to the U.S. Bank Tower at 633 W. Fifth St., Suite 3200, in downtown Los Angeles.

Belynda Reck joined K&L Gates as a partner in the Los Angeles office. She will be part of the environment, land and natural resources practice. Her experience focuses on advising companies and businesses on environmental, health and safety compliance and litigation matters. Previously, she was a partner at Reed Smith.
