K&L Gates brought on Goodarz Agahi as a partner in the corporate department. Agahi's clients include a range of various industries and he counsels corporations on tax issues. Previously, he was at Baker & Hostetler, and will split time between the Orange County and Los Angeles offices.

Baker & Hostetler brought on three partners in California: Robert Julian in complex commercial litigation, Cecily Dumas in business restructuring and insolvency, and Kimberly Morris in the white-collar, investigations and securities enforcement and litigation team. Previously, Julian and Morris were partners at Winston & Strawn, and Dumas was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. All three partners are based in Northern California.

Jeff Bohl joined InCloudCounsel as chief financial officer. Previously, he was managing director at H.I.G. Capital and has experience in finance and operations regarding scaling high-growth technology companies. Bohl is based in San Francisco.

Christopher Cox joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in the litigation practice. Previously, he was a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Cox advises companies on intellectual property, employment and litigation matters. He is based in Silicon Valley.
