Locke Lord announced a round of elections within its board of directors, including Nina Huerta, managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office. Huerta is newly elected to the board, where she will serve as co-chair. She is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group, as well as a member of the diversity and inclusion and law school recruiting coordinating committees.

Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart‘s Lyne Richardson was promoted to managing shareholder of the firm’s Torrance office, where she will work to grow Ogletree’s California presence. Richardson focuses her practice on labor and employment law, representing companies and management in sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract and Americans With Disabilities Act matters.
