Former Davis Wright Tremaine attorney Marcus Williams joined Buchalter as a corporate shareholder. As part of the firm's corporate practice group, Williams will handle matters related to mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and ongoing corporate governance and securities compliance. He will split his time between the firm's Los Angeles and Seattle offices.
Arielle O. Harris joined Miller Starr Regalia's Walnut Creek office as a shareholder in the firm's land use department. Harris focuses her practice on land use, environmental and natural resources law and litigation. Before the move, she was a land use and natural resources partner at Downey Brand.
Duane Morris grew its Silicon Valley office with the addition of partners Jennifer M. Lantz and Philip W. Woo. Both lawyers previously worked at Haynes and Boone and join Duane Morris' intellectual property practice group. Lantz advises clients on managing and protecting their brands and other IP. Woo handles patent law matters such as litigation, prosecution and contested proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Los Angeles-based Roger Tefft joined Greenspoon Marder as of counsel. He will work in the firm's hospitality, alcohol and leisure industry group, where he will advise clients on issues such as business acquisitions, alcoholic beverage licensing, regulatory issues and defenses, tied-house restrictions and alcohol industry trade practices. He was previously senior counsel of North American venue operations with Live Nation Entertainment.
Trial lawyer Jim Curry is now a partner with Loeb & Loeb. Formerly a partner at Sheppard Mullin, Curry will be a part of Loeb & Loeb's litigation department. He represents clients in the entertainment industry in commercial and intellectual property cases. He will be based in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher added former Goodwin Procter attorney Karen Spindler. Spindler joins as a partner and will advise life science companies on complex corporate, commercial and intellectual property. She is based in San Francisco.
Joshua M. Henderson left his position as national vice chairman of Seyfarth Shaw's labor management relations group to take on a partnership position at Norton Rose Fulbright. He will work out of Norton Rose's San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Henderson focuses his practice on employment and labor litigation matters such as negotiating contracts, arbitrating discharge and contract disputes, strikes, secondary boycotts and union elections.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
