A grand jury has indicted two California attorneys and a Santa Clara County sheriff’s captain on felony bribery and conspiracy charges.

San Jose attorneys Christopher Schumb and Harpaul Nahal have been charged alongside Captain James Jensen and business owner Michael Nichols for allegedly taking a $90,000 bribe in exchange for up to a dozen concealed firearms permits for AS Solution Inc., a firm that provides security to Silicon Valley tech executives.
