Amy S. Park, a commercial litigator, joined the Silicon Valley office of O'Melveny & Myers. She was previously a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. At O'Melveny, Park will serve as a partner in the firm's securities litigation practice, where she will handle matters such as class actions and shareholder derivative suits, corporate governance cases, mergers and acquisitions disputes and internal investigations of alleged corporate misconduct.
