Early Tuesday morning, at the end of a marathon closing session, the California Assembly unanimously passed House Resolution 103 (H.R. 103) effectively rebuking the California Supreme Court's recent decision to not retroactively apply the new passing score for the bar exam. This was a necessary shot across the bow directed at a court who refuses to do the right thing.
