Holland & Knight has added 10 financial services defense litigators from Reed Smith in the past month, the firm announced Tuesday.
It’s the latest in a series of attorney moves from Reed Smith to Holland & Knight. And for this group of laterals, their move coincides with an uptick in demand for financial services defense litigation that should continue to increase into 2021, litigation section leader Chris Kelly said in an interview
