Retired Judge Alan G. Perkins of the Sacramento Superior Court is now an arbitrator and mediator in JAMS‘s Sacramento office. He has experience overseeing complex litigation matters and will handle business and commercial, construction, construction defect, employment, engineering, real property, bankruptcy, personal injury and torts, international and state probate matters. Perkins worked in private practice for 30 years prior to becoming a judge.

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton grew its patent litigation team with a recent five-lawyer hire, which included partner April Abele Isaacson in San Francisco. Isaacson and the other attorneys handle life sciences litigation and related strategic counseling, and Isaacson particularly focuses on Hatch-Waxman cases. She most recently was of counsel at DLA Piper.
