Google won’t get to take a gander at a litigation adversary’s funding agreement.

U.S. District Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo of the Southern District of California ruled Tuesday that while Impact Engine Inc.’s agreement and case discussion with an unnamed funder might be relevant to its patent infringement suit against Google LLC, it’s also protected by the work product privilege.
