Amazon has accused two California companies of posing as its customer support services to scam people who purchased Alexa virtual assistant products out of “large amounts” of money, according to a lawsuit surfaced Thursday by Law.com’s Legal Radar.

Ltd. in India use Amazon’s trademarks to divert consumers from Amazon’s official support channels.
