To say 2020 has been an anomaly compared to its recent predecessors is a bit of an understatement. Given how unpredictable, difficult and challenging 2020 has been, and how much it’s altered the practice of law, some firms are rethinking their year-end review process.

Those firms are recognizing that previous iterations of their traditional year-end reviews might not be a good fit.
