A grand jury has indicted the head of global security for Apple Inc. in a bribery scheme over concealed carry permits, but the tech executive’s attorneys from Swanson & McNamara said he is innocent.

The indictments filed Thursday are the latest actions from the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office in the case, which asserts that the County’s Undersheriff Rick Sung and Captain James Jensen requested bribes in exchange for the county’s concealed carry permits.
