Earlier this month, Am Law 200 firm Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch announced that the partners reelected managing partner John Alessio to serve a second three-year term at the helm of the San Diego-founded firm.
Alessio guided the firm through its transition to remote work and through various challenges brought on by COVID-19, the firm said. Meanwhile, the 180-lawyer firm opened an office in Orange County in March, headed by seasoned construction law litigator Mary A. Salamone, and expanded its IP team with seven laterals from Arent Fox in June.
