Former Girardi Keese Lawyers Say They Had No Control Over Firm Bank Accounts
David Lira and Keith Griffin, who left Los Angeles-based Girardi Keese this year, insisted in court papers that Tom Girardi, founder of Girardi Keese, had sole control over wire transfers at the firm and that they alerted him repeatedly about clients whose settlements over Boeing's Max 8 crash in 2018 remained unpaid.
