A group of Amazon workers are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to deny the e-commerce company’s petition to revisit a ruling that invalidates the arbitration agreements of its delivery drivers.

On Wednesday, Shannon Liss-Riordan of Lichten & Liss Riordan in Boston filed the brief opposing Amazon’s certiorari petition seeking to overturn an Aug. 19 decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
