After the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riot, Amazon stopped providing service to the microblogging site popular with some conservatives. The judge found that under its contract with Parler, Amazon had a right to do so.

U.S. Senior District Judge Barbara Rothstein in Washington state has denied a motion filed by Parler that would have forced Amazon.com Inc. to continue providing web hosting services for the controversial microblogging service.
