A bankruptcy trustee has asked to turn over Tom Girardi's home in Pasadena, where maintenance staff have quit, insurance is about to expire and utility bills are unpaid.
The home, featured in "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," the Bravo TV reality show starring Erika Jayne, Girardi's wife, is worth $16.5 million, according to the trustee's motion, filed Tuesday.
