Former Facebook deputy general counsel Ashlie Beringer has rejoined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as co-chair of the firm’s privacy, cybersecurity and data innovation practice group in Palo Alto, California, after a seven-year stint at the social media company.

She joins a slew of tech executives jumping to Big Law in recent months as law firms and their tech clients brace for the Biden administration to take a more hardline stance on privacy and antitrust issues among Big Tech.
