JAMS added Irvine-based Keith D. Koeller to its panel as a mediator, arbitrator, referee and special master. He joins from Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, where he was a founding partner. He has experience with cases related to complex commercial and residential construction defect, construction claims, government liability, insurance coverage, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death.

Andrew Crowl joined Miller Starr Regalia‘s common interest development practice group as a transactional associate. Crowl was most recently with Hughes Gill Cochrane Tinetti. He is based in the firm’s Walnut Creek headquarters.
