Twitter Inc. is asking a California federal court to halt an investigation into its confidential content moderation procedures brought by the Texas Attorney General’s Office after the company banned ex-President Donald Trump from its platform.

Attorneys from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr are representing Twitter in the complaint against Attorney General Ken Paxton, which accuses Paxton of retaliating against the social media giant for suspending Trump.
