Facebook Inc. is asking a federal judge overseeing the Cambridge Analytica litigation to reject opposing counsel’s attempts to unseal confidential documents that were leaked in the midst of a court battle between bikini-photo app Six4Three and the tech behemoth.

Lawyers for Facebook users have asked the court to decide that any leaked Facebook documents not be treated as confidential. However, Facebook’s attorneys from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher argue that such a ruling would threaten the integrity of protective orders and the judicial system at large.
