Tesla Inc., which is once again without a general counsel, is facing a class action alleging that the company tried to pull a bait-and-switch scheme on its solar roof tile customers. 

The Palo Alto, California-based company initially agreed to install a solar roof energy system at a set cost, but later refused to honor the agreement, the suit alleges, and demanded that customers pay a much higher price. The complaint was filed April 30 in Pennsylvania federal court.
