Zabronsky has almost 30 years of experience handling trusts and estate litigation, and he particularly focuses on litigation related to breach of fiduciary duty. He is based in Orinda.
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld grew its corporate practice with the addition of partner Deborah Festa in Los Angeles. Festa focuses her practice on complex finance transactions such as collateralized loan obligation issuances. Prior to the move, she led Milbank's West Coast securitization and investment management practices.
