Synnex, a California-based provider of informational technology services, and its board of directors were hit with a securities lawsuit Friday in New York Eastern District Court. The case, filed by Halper Sadeh LLP on behalf of Walter Voegtlin, alleges that the defendants misrepresented to investors material information regarding a proposed merger with Tech Data. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-03159, Voegtlin v. Synnex Corporation et al.
