Kahn have stepped in to defend e-commerce platform Wish and its senior officers and directors in a securities class action arising from the company's 2020 IPO. Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is representing the underwriter defendants, including Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Securities. The case, filed May 17 in California Northern District Court by Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd and Johnson Fistel, accuses the company of overstating user growth trends in advance of its IPO. The case assigned to U.S. District Judge James Donato, is 3:21-cv-03671, Boehning v. ContextLogic Inc. et al.
