Greenberg Traurig and Cooley filed a patent suit Wednesday in California Northern District Court on behalf of CMI USA Inc. and Taiwanese company Cooler Master Co. The complaint seeks declaratory judgment of noninfringement in a dispute with Danish company Asetek Danmark A/S over two patent families related to liquid cooling devices. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-04627, Cooler Master Co., Ltd. et al v. Asetek Danmark A/S.
